Rank and Username GUI that changes rank when teamed differently?

I am looking for a GUI that can when you team someone differently

e.g Change team for a certain group where the user is a Officer, it changes the rank to officer if there is another team let's say secret service and said user is an agent, it changes their rank to Agent.

-Requesting a script that I can change for 4 groups
