No this didn't help, the video just used the same model that I used earlier, which didn't work

Don't suggest free models. If anything use is open source it should be trusted libraries and modules from the devforum.

you may have to use the roblox api to get items and spawn them in your players backpack.
Catalog Heaven doesn't actually get every catalog item. It gets a lot of them, but I actually think they did it mostly manually. There is no way to get all items from the catalog as far as I'm aware.
