NOTE
THIS IS NOT A REQUEST SITE, we are here to help you with your scripts... not script for you. I may not know exactly what you mean but i'll try to answer what I believe you're asking. You may not of attempted to send a request but that is what this post seems to be like.
The Answer
Yes, you can transition through 140 decals but in 14 seconds, you could end up lagging the game entirely. You could do something along these lines.
The script idea
Note, this script is not made to work. This is just to show you an example of what you can do. You can put a wait(0.001) to make screens change. I put 0.001 so you could go through 140 decals in 14 seconds. I don't know the logistics of this but here is an idea. With this, it is not in good practice to have something go through a wait lower than 0.005.
--Note, this is not planned to work, this is just an example of what i'm describing.
game.Workspace.Part.Decal.Texture = "rblxassetid://IDHERE" --You'll have to change this entire script line to whatever you're attempting to change for the GUI.
wait(0.001) --This is needed so you can show the change between each screen.

Wouldn't using RunService be better in this case?
In technicality, yes but again... he wasn't very descriptive of what he was trying to get help with so I just went with something easy to understand.

You would use a sprite sheet. If you are looking to make an animation. Also note view port frames are useful
