Vehicle revving sounds while driving?

Hilo, I want to make it so that in my game when you start driving the vehicle makes a sort of acceleration sound. I am sure it has something to do with Velocity, but I am not sure how to go about it. I don't want anybody answering the question, simply a nudge in the right direction. Thank you.
