What do you mean my multiple people at once? Is there an amount of people required for the damage to be done or are the multiple damages independent of each other?

Not sure what you mean. A simple damage block should do the thing. If you want to do a certain amount of damage, you should make sure it has a debounce so they won't get dealt damage twice or more.
