game.Workspace.CurrentCamera.CFrame:ToEulerAnglesXYZ()

you had a few typos in your script

local Camera = workspace.Camera

local Baseplate = workspace.Baseplate

print(Baseplate.Orientation.X)
print(Baseplate.Orientation.Y)
print(Baseplate.Orientation.Z)

-- Your Question: But you cant do that with camera ccan you

-- Answer: There is not an Orientation for a Camera. Maybe ‘game.workspace.currentcamera.cframe:ToEulerAnglesXYZ()’ would work.
