How would I copy a customized model a player made to another game?

This is very complicated to explain, so basically I wanna make this smaller game specifically for customizing your character or this model called StarterCharacter, after customizing it (Hair, shirts, eyes etc) the player can then click the Done button which will transport them to the actual game. When they arrive in the actual game the StarterPlayer folder will contain that very same model the individual player customized so they're currently playing as that model. An example of this is this game here:

As you can see its a small place only built for customizing your character and after that your character is transported into the actual game.

Now I can't wrap my head around it really, I made a small prototype where its just a part with a click detector and it turns your character into this R15 rig but only after death since its in the StarterPlayer folder which is a problem

local part = script.Parent
part.ClickDetector.MouseClick:Connect(function()
	game.Workspace.Model.StarterCharacter:Clone().Parent = game.StarterPlayer
end)

Thats how I got the idea of saving the players creation and copying it into a different game so they wont have to reset aswell. Play the link yourself to further see what I mean.

You can use the third parameter in Teleport() to send data with a player when they are sent to a different game. It’s used much like DataStores.

Ex.

game:GetService(“TeleportService”):Teleport(123456789, game.Players.Player, “Data for transfer”)

Then on the other end get the data with GetLocalPlayerTeleportData

Ex.

local Data = game:GetService(“TeleportService”):GetLocalPlayerTeleportData()

For more see TeleportService
