How do i make a ragdoll that you can recover from?

I wanna make a ragdoll that lasts for 2 seconds, then you can get up again normally, how would i do this? I've looked on internet but most are just for ragdoll death that doesnt suit my needs.

You can make a copy of your character (set character archivable =true, clone, then set character archivable = false just for safety matters), place it on the same CFrame your character is, use the ragdoll death function you found, and set it to be replaced by your real character again after 2 seconds on the same cframe the clone was, then destroy the clone.
