Hello, I'm making a gun that shoots a brick onto another wall, I have it when if you click, it will place the block against the wall in the default orientation, but I want to make its angle based on where it sticks, I'm using Raycasting (I'm new to it) and I don't understand how to make it face a direction based on where it was placed on the part.
local obj, pos = workspace:FindPartOnRayWithIgnoreList(GunRay,{GUNModel,Char})
ThePart.CFrame = CFrame.new() --Something I can do here?
It has two variables, one is a part that it hit, and the other is that parts position, when I shoot the gun, the part will stick on the wall, but not face where it needs to based on the angle of the part it hit, any help? Any will be greatly appreciated.
