Moving Model with CFrame.new Locally?

Hi, so I know this is used for a regular script (server), but what I am doing is bringing this model out of "ReplicatedStorage" and making the parent of the model "Workspace", locally. When the script runs and the model appears in the workspace, it doesn't move as I want it to, even in a server-side script.

The "moving" script is any normal "GetPrimaryPartCFrame()" script.

	Car2734:SetPrimaryPartCFrame(Car2734:GetPrimaryPartCFrame() * CFrame.new(0,0,.01+.5))
end

remember...the reason for it not working is the parents of the model is switching.
