Can someone help me with explosion Damage Explosion one hit everything?

So explosion one hit everything how do you make it so you can customize the damage? i tried using Explosion.hit if find humanoid then Damage but it one hitted me :/ help?

Its been a while since i touched roblox's default explosion subject

but maybe changing this can help : Explosion.DestroyJointRadiusPercent if you set that to 0 it would make the explosion not break any joint of the player and not killing the player, since the player;s head won't be decapitated

then use Explosion.hit, find humanoid and do damage
