How does "Server Sided" exploiting work?

Hello, i'm very curious about exploits, about how they work and how they insert local scripts and bypass the identity editing the source, some people are able to load scripts that replicate to the other clients (and may be into the server), how does this type of exploiting work? how can they run replicated code if they cannot make scripts but local scripts? do they use remote events?

First, the exploiter has to get access to your game, like becoming a developer. They then make a script that is hidden in someone in your game. Inside this script a remote event is made, they can they require a model that is mostly an admin panel or some other things that break Roblox TOS. Yes, the use RemoteEvents.

But without backdoors, some exploiters use a exploit named "harked" wich also replicates, and they use it on hilton hotels (as an example) and i doubt that they accept backdoors

The creator of harked may have gotten a dev to use one of his models or one of Hilton Hotels models has a vulnerability

basically, be careful to see if there's any scripts in your free models, be careful who you let into team create, see if they added any scripts. if there are scripts, see what they're doing.
