Roblox random number best method??

To generate random numbers in a loop what would be the best option so not to get similar numbers?

Would I use

math.randomseed(os.time())
math.randomseed(tick()*100)
math.random()
Random.new()

which one of these (or combinations of them) would be best for generating random numbers that will be generated in an iteration of a for loop?

They’re all random generators but I prefer to use math.random
