#Introduction
Hello friend!
I've noticed that you want the tool to be held with a certain animation, not the default one.
If you didn't know, a single frame animation that is looped can be manipulated to make a certain tool holding animation.

i) First things first, you need to export the animation that you showed in the link.
ii) Next, copy the AnimationId of the exported animation and insert an Animation inside a LocalScript. Put the AnimationId inside of it.
ii) Then, open the LocalScript where you inserted the Animation and put it inside a tool. Now, write the following:
local Player = game.Players.LocalPlayer
local Character = Player.Character
local Humanoid = Character:FindFirstChild("Humanoid")
local Animation = Humanoid:LoadAnimation(script.Animation)
script.Parent.Equipped:Connect(function()
Animation:Play()
end)
script.Parent.Unequipped:Connect(function()
Animation:Stop()
end)
#Explaination / Conclusion
If you want to know more about animations, go to here.
How this works is basically, the script detects when the player has equipped the tool, and lets the code know when to play the animation.
The variables for the Humanoid is needed for the animation variable, because it is necessary for the script to know what Humanoid is the animation being played on. The Animation variable defines the Humanoid for the Animation to be loaded on.
The Equipped and Unequipped functions are self-explanatory. When the Equipped function is fired, it will play the animation previously loaded into the player's Humanoid.
The only problem is, that when you unequip the tool, the animation keeps playing. To fix this, make a Unequipped function to tell the script to stop the Animation.
I hope my script worked, and I wish you a merry christmas! :D
