ROBLOX's sound has a property that lets you see how loud an audio is at any point called 'Playback Loudness' https://developer.roblox.com/en-us/api-reference/property/Sound/PlaybackLoudness There's not a feature that determines the BPM of a song though.
No, you would have to create your own music, or sync up the animation with the music.
