I equipped a tool, I wanted to change its property using a brick for me to click with the script but it seems that I can't click the brick with click detector, the click detector cursor is not there. anyone can explain?
COMMUNITY QUESTION
When equipping a tool, why can't we detect click detectors?

Here are my theories:
- It could be ambiguous with tool input
- What I mean by this, is what if you need to click to activate the tool? Do you want to activate the tool? Do you want to click on the click detector?
- Tool input has priority
- I hope this explains itself.
Solution?
Don't click with the tool, or check the mouse target if it's the part you want

the problem is i need it to be clicked with the tool, it doesn't make sense if i don't click it with the tool but the tool gets affected
You are able to click ClickDetectors while holding a tool, Although the mouse might not be the normal mouse image when you hover over it without a tool.

Not sure why, but alternatevly you could use the player mouse.
What might be happening is that the tool's mouse cursor is being prioritized over the ClickDetector's cursor, and because the cursor isn't changing, you can't click on the ClickDetector.
