Basically... I just want to know how to lock a camera in one position, and be able to move it from side -to-side or up and down. Such as in the game "Spam Slingshot", when you shoot the spam, it follows it up and down however far it shot, and where ever it goes.

Sorry, I wasn't asking for a request. I just meant specifically how to lock the camera in place. It didn't have to be like I said. Sorry for the misunderstanding, I got it to work anyways.
