Make sure to put this in a LocalScript, or if wanting to show it to the whole server, put it in a script.
local tool=your tool here
local gui=your gui here
tool.Equipped:connect(function()
gui.Visible=true
end)
tool.Unequipped:connect(function()
gui.Visible=true
end)
