Ok so here i have this camera in roblox that streams to a screen in roblox the only problem is that when somebody dies or the camera is moved you do not see this change you see the persons ded body even though it despawned and the camera image stays at the same spot and i was wondering how i could get it to refresh its view every 0.1 seconds so that the game would work.

You need to post some code in order to get help.
the problem with that is i have no idea of how this would be made or what code i would need to put in it to work
Look up and find out different ways to solve your problem, you aren't going to learn if you simply just come here for answers. Keep googling and looking on other websites and you will find your answer somewhere.
Don't you think i would of done that first instead of waiting 2 hours for a answer from somebody who says look somewhere else i don't want to tell you. No this is my last option i would of much preferred to find it elsewhere.
