How do i make a button that summons an NPC?

A question like that won't help you here. We are happy to help but we aren't, as your free developer at disposal. Try to attempt to script it yourself and then if you have any problems Ask! I'm sure someone here can help you. You're just going to need to put more effort into these questions

Create the NPC character and store it in ReplicatedStorage, then in a script, clone it and CFrame it to where you want to summon it
