I was trying my hardest to get a trail for a soccer ball. So if red kick it, the ball trail will turn to red, but I just can't get it. Please help!

You could use the trail instance and then just color it after the players team color. To set the color on a trail you have to use:
ColorSequence.new()

I'm pretty new to coding here and i don't understand what you mean by that.
Create a trail and parent it to the part, make two attachments and set them as attachments in the trail properties
