Well, the only reason that someone might put a Gui in the Lighting is if they wish to clone it, or reparent it to something else using a script.

I heavily suggest never putting anything except a SkyBox into Lighting (at least until another Lighting object shows up). Use the ReplicatedStorage and ServerStorage services instead. Replicated if you need to access it from a LocalScript, Server otherwise.
