Custom character has no movement and is stuck in air?

Video of problem: https://imgur.com/a/J3IweoM

In the video I am hitting WASD but no movement.

My custom character rig is placed as StarterCharacter under StarterPlayer, but when I test run, the character seems as if it is anchored, and doesn't fall downwards but I can still shift lock move it. How do I fix this to make it moveable?

Have you changed the Gravity setting of Workspace? It should be 196.2 by default

Gravity is untouched @stef0206

seems like your character is anchored, move it to workspace, select, go to model and uncheck anchor, should unanchor all parts inside, move it back to starter player and try again

I fixed it, the hip height was causing some problems

Move you Character to Workspace and click Anchor 2 Times. Then it should work. Then just move your Character to StarterPlayer again
