World loads in a baseplate, PLS HOW TO FIX?

I have a place called Drive Around https://www.roblox.com/games/3974235029/unnamed Forgive my garbage grammar And when I press edit, it will load up Roblox Studio, I edit stuff. But instead if I wanted to save it to my game, the only options there will be | Save, Discard, Cancel | I'm pretty sure there is suppose to be Publish

I have tried many problems to solve it, I thought I was logged in a different account on Roblox Studio, no, deleted some of the scripts I had was BetterChat, did not help, I had custom fonts as my title, so I changed it to the regular roblox fonts, did not help a single bit.

The game was first set as private, so when I first joined when it was private that started happening, i set it to public, stayed the same.

PLS HELP

File > Publish to Roblox
