Yes you can.
Editing my answer as a reply to the comment below:
You would use the UserInputService to make a chat command function, and I recommend using a module script to handle each individual admin command as a separate function in the module script so you can just detect a command from chat and activate the function from the module script.

You can make your own "admin tools" by using a Chatted event. I will provide an example if you don't know how to go on from there.
I know how to do it, but the point is not to give him everything if he isn't willing to try it himself, at least let him figure it out first, otherwise he won't learn the right way
