I really could'nt use Ambient. It kept going back to 0,0,0.

How do I get the sun at the top of the sky in the middle?

In Lighting change the TimeOfDay property to whatever time you want it to be at. It has hours, minutes, and seconds.

Don't use ambient, just go to Lighting and change it's "Time" property to noon.
