Sometimes games will run old servers so that might be why your changes aren't showing.
In studio do the following:
File -> Publish To ROBLOX As... -> Choose the place you want to publish the game in.
Then when that's done, go to the game page for the game you just published, click on the three dots above the play button and click 'Shutdown all Servers'
First, make sure your ROBLOX game is public, public to friends or public to a group. When you are ROBLOX studio next, click file, publish to ROBLOX or publish to ROBLOX as.
