I have a hammer that will breakjoints in any object that it hits. The issue is that if I go to the dev console and instance.new part workspace, I get this error "the current identity (2) cannot breakjoints (lacking permission 1)" I tried googling how to fix this and got no good answers.

Can you please make sure that you are trying to breakjoints for a part and not anything else?
It might be something related to NetworkOwnership but that's unlikely
