What is debounce and how do I use it?

Debounce can be used to stop a script running multiple times really quickly, possibly preventing lag. Something such as a 'Touched' event can trigger multiple times with all the different body parts of a human, so using a debounce on a touched event gives u the opportunity to add a Wait() to make it happen less frequently.
