I currently have the following script:
local player = game.Players.LocalPlayer
local character = player.Character
local torso = character.HumanoidRootPart
local mouse = player:GetMouse()
mouse.Move:connect(function()
torso.CFrame = CFrame.new(torso.Position, mouse.Hit.p*Vector3.new(1,0,1) + torso.Position*Vector3.new(0, 1, 0))
end)
I'm trying to find on how to make the hip move (R15) up and down, left and right (basically in all directions) when you move your mouse. This is being used for a firearms system.
If anyone could help, it would be appreciated.

What this is doing is changing the HumanoidRootPart, not the torso. That means that instead of changing the hip it changes the hole character. Get the torso instead of humanoid root part
How would I make it go up and down though? As in you can look up and down.
Well I'm not good with rotations, last time I tried it would move my character to a certain position and well rotate it, I hate it. I was mainly just pointing out that you were moving the root part instead of torso...
Ah
