How can you make a player morph only part of their body?

So i'm new to scripting and i want to make a roleplaying game.I decided i want to add ears and nails onto a click detector morph.Does anybody know how to make a script that would add fingers,nails,and ears to a player?I already made a script to remove the hands but i need to know how to make a script to add accessories,wigs,etc.Any help would be helpful to me ^-^.
