Color3 values are a seperate value. You can use "BrickColor" to determine brick color values.
local p = workspace.Part
p.BrickColor = BrickColor.new(24,12,43)
Put this script in a part
local p = script.Parent
p.Color = Color3.fromRGB(math.random(0,255),math.random(0,255),math.random(0,255))
