game>Workspace>Terrain> WaterReflectance = 0, WaterTransparency = 1, WaterWaveSize = 0, WaterWaveSpeed = 0, WaterColor = Black. Thats the best I think you can do, I dont think you can make it invisible if thats what you want to do.
Also, you could put a brick over the water, make it completly transparent and made from glass. Since there is a bug in Roblox where anything that has slight lower transparency and you look at it throught glass, it will be invisible. Keep in mind it could get fixed in the future tho
