Hello. I'm a person who likes to script everything and start the game with an almost empty workspace, thinking it makes it all safer. I also wonder if I should avoid using the StarterGui... Instead; I wish to use ServerStorage and scripts to replicate guis to players all the time...
Can someone explain what differences it'll have and which option is safer?

Using ServerStorage will be way slower, and in no way any more secure why did you ask this question in the first place? Either way this is more of an opinion oriented question which aren't allowed
