Not sure what caused it but this error happens every time I test my game. It makes it so my character doesn't have a walking animation.

re-install your studio evreytime it updated.
This either means one of two things:
Your file has been corrupted, due to not being saved correctly or human error.

You don't always need code to ask for help. Anyway, this error just looks like a common roblox error. Like the guy said, It's probably just a plugin or something.
Psudar although you are right, sometimes it is useful to see the code if there's errors. Then we can debug it.
