I came upon a stumble with this script a few minutes ago:

local num = script.Parent.Number
num.Changed:Connect(function()
	if num.Value > 0
	then
		print(num.Value)
	end
end)

I've changed the number value to be above 0, but somehow it isn't detecting the value. This script is located in the Workspace and isn't disabled.

You might be using a local script, or the script might be disabled or something. This looks right to me. If you're changing it via a local script and detecting the change from the server, it doesnt replicate unless you change it with a remote event. Let me know, i'd be glad to assist further.
