camera:Interpolate( CFrame.new(0, 10, 100), CFrame.new(0, 0, 100), 5 )
I am not sure what the first 2 arguments of this function does, I know the third one is duration though

The first argument (endPos, a CFrame) represents where the camera will be positioned. The second (endFocus, also a CFrame) represents the point where the camera will be looking at. The final argument is the duration (in seconds) of the interpolation animation.
Here's the wiki page on the Camera class' Interpolate method.
