Okay so I want a fighting system and the fighting system below and no I am not asking for building tips. I know mostly how to build all of this.

#(Fighting System Below) Click on another duck to target / lock on to it. Then, you click the duck abilities on the bottom gui. (Or click the duck again) Next, according to the ducks damage times the multiplier of damage on the attack, it will take down the health and shield of the other duck

Here is the different types of problems. (You don't have to answer to all of them, and don't write the script entirely and give it to me, please just explain a piece of script. :P)

#1 - A Targeting / Locking On system when clicking on another duck (when click it has a red ring around it.)

#2 - A way to do abilities by pressing a key or a button on a gui

#3 - A way to make a health bar and shield bar thats 3d and when a duck does damage another duck it appears above the damaged duck

#4 - A way to apply the damage with the multiplied amount to the health and shield bar as the same size for every duck because they have different amounts of health

#5 - A cool down for abilities.

Sorry if I am asking for too much!

Thanks For Your Time, And Have A Good-Day!

Do you need help with code? I don't get what this is, are you requesting a script? If so, you're on the wrong website for that.

@pidgey I am not requesting a script. I just need someone to explain to me how I should script them (EX: You need to use click detectors and this and that function [don't actually say this and that function xD])

Hmm well i think you need a ClickDetector for clicking the ducks, and then a BillboardGui for displaying the red ring. For on-screen buttons, you need a TextButton or ImageButton, and then bind it using .MouseButton1Click:Connect()
