Is there a way to copy and paste keyframes from an animation to another?

Yes, quite easily in fact, all you need to do is save the animation and it will appear inside of the dummy.
Once inside of the animation you will see the keyframes you have added, with the Time property inside of them and the joins that move in that certain keyframe.
You can simply copy paste them into other animations and even rename the keyframes to switch the parts!
