Hi, I saw a lot of games where you cannot equip your tool from the inventory but instead they just stay in your hand without an option to equip and unequip. How do I do that?

If I understand your question correctly, you're hinting at something like flee the facility. It's not really a tool. They built a model and then they welded it to the hand. Probably using motor6d as it is better than welds for using in humanoids.
