so i have 28 buttons, and i have one big local script that i want to dump all the code in it, i tried to use _G functions but i didnt know the syntax for them, so is there a better way?

I closed your other question because it was an instance of an XY problem. You want to find out how to store references to functions in the _G table, but what you really wanted was to find out which button out of 28 buttons was pressed. You think that by storing references to functions in _G, you can solve your problem. though this question isn't any better; it's too broad.
