I recommend creating a StringValue placed in Workspace, and it's value would be the name of the map. In your map changing script, you can add a line that would change it's value every time a new map loads. After you've done that, in your SurfaceGui script, you'd add a while loop.

Even though 60 seconds, there's a small chance that some lag or some error could cause it to not be timed with the loading of the map. I just put in a wait().

while true do
	wait()
	script.Parent.Text = game.Workspace.StringValue
	wait()
end

If you want, you change the wait time to .01 if you'd like, but it's totally up to you.

"Add .01 to what?" Be very careful with how you phrase things.
