Here is the client script firing the event.

uis = game:GetService("UserInputService")

plr = game.Players.LocalPlayer
char = plr.Character or plr:WaitForChild("Character")

uis.InputBegan:connect(function(input,process)
if not process and input.KeyCode == Enum.KeyCode.E then
local Fire = char.Abilities.One.Fire
Fire:FireServer()
print "e"
end
end)

"e" is printed when I press E, so I think this script is successfully firing the event? Here is the server script listening for the event.

local Fire = script.Parent:WaitForChild("Fire")

Fire.OnServerEvent:Connect(function()
print "k"
end)

"k" is not printed, so that's why I think the server script doesn't detect the event being fired.

Here's a picture of where the server script and remote event are. (They're in my character) imgur.com/d8E5se8 Pic of where the local script is: imgur.com/z1FQON2

umm, i dunno about that print, i think its supposed to be print("k"), but if not, then dont do .parent, just make normal script in workspace doing game.replicatedstorage.remoteevent.OnServerEvent:connect, well i mean, i DEFENITLY know the problem is the detect script!
