Are All roblox Gears Filtering Enabled?

It seems like all Roblox's gears are working properly right now; Yes they are since they must get player's mouse in order to detect when it's being clicked (or something like that) to fire a server event in order to the server script do something.

Yes, I believe that all games on Roblox now use FE regardless of if it is enabled in Workspace. If a gear doesn't work, that probably means that it was not designed for filtering enabled.
All games on roblox are filtering enabled, you used to be able to change it when it was first added, but too much hackers caused roblox to give up on experimental mode
