When I tried
game.Players.LocalPlayer.Character.Shirt.ShirtTemplate = "http://www.roblox.com/asset/?id=3255655008"
it says
19:03:47.740 - Image "https://assetgame.roblox.com/asset/?id=133708637" failed to load in "Workspace.50ShadesOfLamps.Humanoid.Clothes": Request failed

This means the asset is either invalid or it must be pre-loaded. It is appearing on the character? If not it's most likely a incorrect asset id
how do i preload it?
