I am currently using the script at the bottom of this question in order to create a sort of start button, however I have found no way of actually making it do what I want it to do, which is to hide an image and 2 strings of text from the screen (along with the play button itself) how can I get the button to do this? (it also needs to turn off a script which causes the top bar with the chat and backpack to disappear)

local button = script.Parent
local toggled = false

local function onButtonActivated()
	if toggled == false then
		button.Image = "rbxgameasset://Images/ImageButtonActivated"
		toggled = true
	else
		button.Image = "rbxgameasset://Images/ImageButtonNormal"
		toggled = false
	end
end

button.Activated:Connect(onButtonActivated)

to del something u can use like button:Destroy() and it destroys the button. but u can also destroy the gui so every thing in it is destroyed

script.Disabled = true sets the script Disabled so local ik = placescript. /n ik.Disable = true

Look at the properties of what you want to hide. Either a ScreenGui, Frame, or the ImageLabel/TextLabel will have an Enabled or Visible property that you can check/uncheck in Studio for the initial value, then programatically set later.
