How do I disable the dialogue colour on the start of a text when clicked with button?

So you must of seen those border games where they inspect your papers, mine is technically like that but they have no blue at the start, Plus they click a button, they do not say it, when I click mine, it gives the blue at the start, I will show the script and image.

local LastNext = tick()
script.Parent.ClickDetector.MouseClick:connect(function(Player)
	if (not Player.Team or Player.Team.Name == 'Admission') and tick()-LastNext > 3 then
		workspace:WaitForChild('InteriorSpeaker').Passport:Play()
		game:GetService("Chat"):Chat(Player.Character,'HAND OVER YOUR PAPERS!')
		LastNext = tick()
	end
end)

So I'm trying to figure out how to make it when you say something it doesn't have the blue start, like when you talk, But with mine it includes it, any ideas on how to fix?
