Using HTTP Service to GetAsync information from Google Spreadsheet?

Trying to get simple information from a google spreadsheet. I already know how to put information into it, but I don't know how to get information back.

Possible to get it in a table like this?

It would be useful if you posted any related code so we could know if you're using an open source library or project to do this or at least a framework of how you're going about it.
