Welp, title says it all. I want a arrest system that links to discord by showing webhooks of people arrested.
COMMUNITY QUESTION
How do you make arrest logs that webhook to discord?

You should not use Discord for logging.
Discord blocks Roblox as Roblox has not conformed to the HTTP request rules Discord established for such requests. Additionally, it's rather malpractice to use a messaging service as a form of data holding. Might I suggest Trello or using Roblox built-in functionality of Data Stores if you're a newer learner in scripting?
@M39a9am3R I heared that Discord silently unblocked Roblox few months ago.
They did I have an example https://gyazo.com/06079414f68ddf43b80ab73f976d3e14
