I don't see any reason to use more than 20, but i think this question is a bit, dumb. If you want to know, there must be a reason, like you want 100 of them, so try it yourself. Developing isn't just about asking people for help when you get bugs, its about fixing them and learning.
As far as I know, there is no limit to how many IntValues can be contained within leaderstats. However, using a whole bunch of IntValues with leaderstats is fool's gold. You should stick with 2, 3, or 4 stats in leaderstats to avoid having a messy leaderboard UI. In fact, using a lot of IntValues in leaderstats creates a leaderboard that has the potential to really slow down the game server. It just isn't a good idea to pull this off.
